How do make multiple order of the same item? How do I remove an item from my cart?
Simply "Add to Cart" the item you wish to sponsor then click on "Gifting Cart" to be directed to the gifting cart page where you can enter/remove the number of items you wish to sponsor from your cart!
Why is the wish counter not updated?
The wish counter is updated manually by the team at least once a day as the web builder does not support a real-time inventory count. So, fret not! Your contribution would be reflected in the next update!
How do I know if my payment has been received?
We will be in touch with you within 3 days via a confirmation email upon receipt of your payment! Be sure to leave a valid email address for us to contact you :) Refer to the Gifting Process to find out more!
In the event you do not receive a confirmation from us after 3 days or realise that you have provided a wrong email address, kindly email us at bless.smallsoul@gmail.com with a relevant subject and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
How do I make payment when I do not have a Paypal account?
You do not need a Paypal account to make payment! When directed to the Paypal payment site, simply select "Pay with my debit or credit card" (below the option of paying via a Paypal account).
How much is the Paypal charge? Why is there Shipping Fees charged upon checkout?
The Shipping Fees reflected in the checkout page is the Paypal transactional charge! Paypal charges S$0.52 per transaction (Shipping Fees) + 4.06% of the cart amount (Tax Fees).
Do suppliers provide free delivery? Why is there a 10% transportation fee included in the item cost? What is that cost for?
Most suppliers do provide free delivery for orders above a certain amount and we do collate similar wishes from different agencies to make bullk purchases to get the best price and free/cheaper delivery. As such, items have to be delivered to different agencies and in different quantities. In addition, items are from different suppliers and do not come in the custom bundles/sets. Therefore, some packing and sorting would be required to ensure that each child from each agency receives a proper set with all the items as promised.
The suppliers will only make the free delivery trip to deliver all the items to our office.
The 10% transportation fee includes the costs of delivering the items to various agencies (rental of delivery van or service fee if we engage a Non-Profit Organisation) as well as other associated adminitrative costs (printing of acknowledgments slips, materials for donor's appreciation cards, etc).
